Have you ever stumbled upon a recipe and thought, HOLY COW is this real?! Well, that’s exactly how I felt when I found these amazing caramel filled chocolate cake cookies..a.k.a Rolo cookies! Who knew such a treat existed? Well, I’m sure you all did, I’m a person that usually doesn’t discovery greatness until later on! I guess I’m usually out of the loop! Ha ha! Seriously, these were so simple and probably the best cookies I’ve ever put in my mouth! No joke! I will definitely make these again! This recipe is super easy too! Hardly any ingredients and less than 10 minutes for baking and preparation for these drops of heaven! I hope you enjoy these fantabulous cookies as much as I did! Definitely worthy making again! Caramel filled chocolate cake cookies!
Ingredients:
A box of devil’s food cake mix
½ cup of powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1 (12 ounce) bag of Rolos
Directions:
Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs. Take a small portion of the dough just enough to cover the rolo and form a ball around the rolo. Roll dough in powdered sugar and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350!
