A Chocolate Heart Attack!

If you know me then you know me well. And when I say I have a craving for something, majority of the time, I have to fix my craving! Meaning, I have to make or have my craving right then not days later, not even hours later literally RIGHT THEN! So this is where my inspiration came from on this dessert..my craving for CHOCOLATE!! And LOTS of it!!! You are going to be blown away when I list how much goes into this recipe! I admit if you are not all that into heavy chocolate then this dessert is simply not for you! But if you are head over heels in love, can't get enough, I want more, kind of chocolate lover well this dessert is definitely for you! I only baked this sweet dish for my roommate and myself but after having so much left over, I decided to treat my follow co-workers to my chocolate heart attack! It was definitely a BIG success at work! If you ever want something gone just take it to work, trust me you will come home with an empty dish! My one and only suggestion is that you need to eat this dessert when its warm and you most definitely need to have some vanilla ice cream on hand! Those two things are literally the cherry on top for this sweet concoction! I hope you enjoy this heart attack in a casserole dish as much as I did!

Chocolate Heart Attack

Ingredients:
1 package of double stuffed Oreos
Family sized box of brownie batter your choice ( I like Betty Crocker or Pillsbury)
1 Jar of hot fudge topping
2 sticks of butter softened
1 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon of Vanilla
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of milk chocolate chips
1 pint to 1 gallon depending on much you like vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Blend butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together. Add one egg at a time. In a seperate bowl sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add flour mixture to your butter, sugar, etc bowl. finally add chocolate chips and stir. That is your cookie dough. Have a 9x13 baking dish and line with wax paper spray with cooking spray. Add your cookie dough as your bottom layer. Next, lay your double stuffed Oreos on top. you will use most of your Oreos. Then, make your brownie batter according to the box and layer the batter on top of your Oreos. Last, add your hot fudge. Bake at 350 degrees covered with foil for the first 30 minutes after that remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.  Let cool and serve with ice cream!

I ♥ CHOCOLATE!!!
